Get help with your account, your home, or a trip. DenZen is a curated community, and support is handled personally by DenZen Concierge.
In the app
For the fastest context-aware help, open the relevant request or confirmed trip, select Details, then choose Get help. For anything else, message your private DenZen Concierge conversation.
By email
If you cannot access the app, email raj@denzen.org. Include the email address connected to your DenZen account and a short description of the issue.
Account and policies
You can request permanent account deletion in the app under Profile → Settings → Delete account, or read the full instructions online.
Immediate danger? DenZen Concierge is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services if you or someone else is at immediate risk.
