DenZen is a host-one, earn-one community. I earn a credit by opening my home and use it to stay with another member. There is no cash exchange between members. DenZen is for lived-in homes and genuine home sharing, not anonymous rental inventory. Trust and respect are critical. I’ll follow the host’s house guide and treat every member’s home with care. I accept the Member Code of Conduct, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
